Repair Policies & Procedures
What To Expect With Your Repair:
- Most repairs are completed in four to six weeks although some take longer. Parts availability is what typically delays the process.
- You will be notified as to the cost of your repair before any work is performed.
- It can take up to four weeks to receive the written price quote.
- The sooner you approve the quote, the faster your camera will be returned.
